We will discuss your needs in depth and budget and come up with a shop list on how to get you a fully designed room or multiple rooms of your choice. Once the design is approved, you will receive everything you need to execute the design on your own.
Full Service Design
This service allows us to work together to design your home or areas of your home that may require construction or contracting services to manage remodeling and space planning changes. Drawings and renderings would be made and new finishes and fixtures would be specified as well as possible millwork and furnishings.
Materials & Finishes
If you are looking to update finishes such as flooring, wall paint, fixtures, etc. Whether it is your home or perhaps you rent homes to others or buy and flip homes, and you want to add all the right finishes to attract that buyer or renter or perhaps just updating it for you, let us facilitate this for you!
Holiday Decorating Blast
Sometimes decorating for the holidays is time consuming and stressful. Maybe you were looped into holiday party hosting, but hadn't planned on it. No worries! Give us a budget and we'll do the shopping for you and the decorating too!
Staging Services
Walk and Talk Consultation
We will take a stroll through your home, room by room, and discuss how it
should all look using most, if not all of your own furniture. There may be some
suggestions for small upgrades with big impact. We may also remove or relocate
furniture items to maximize spacing to show off your home's best features. We
will also take a look at the exterior of the home, front and back yard to see
if and how anything needs to be in presentable order. After all, the curb
appeal is what brings people in! You will receive a typed list of all the
notations so that you can tackle everything at your own pace.
Accessories Package
We will definitely be using most of your own furniture and accessories,
but adding some new items that you may not own can help fill in areas that
could use a little more cohesiveness. Items can be purchased or rented and can
include area rugs, art work, lamps, plants, other decorative items and small furniture items. Some
small upgrades may be suggested.
Furniture Package
In some cases, you will not be living in the home you are selling, which
means it could be an empty home. So we must fill it to show its maximum potential. We
will coordinate efforts to fully stage the home with all furniture and
accessories needed. Some small upgrades may be suggested as well.
