We will take a stroll through your home room by room and discuss how it should all look using most, if not all of your own furniture . There may be some suggestions for small upgrades with big impact. We will also take a look at the exterior of the home, front and back yard to see if and how anything needs to be in presentable order. After all, the curb appeal is what brings people in! You will receive a typed list of all the notations so that you can tackle everything at your own pace.
We will definitely be using most of your own furniture and accessories, but adding some new items that you may not own can help fill in areas that could use a little more cohesiveness. Items can be purchased or rented and can include area rugs, art work, lamps, plants and small furniture items. Some small upgrades may be suggested.
In some cases, you will not be living in the home you are selling, which means it is an empty home. So we must fill it to show it's maximum potential. We will coordinate efforts to fully stage the home with all furniture and accessories needed. Some small upgrades may be suggested as well.
