The Instant Appeal Rental

12/11/2025

Staging a rental unit is just as important as staging a home for sale. If your rental unit is unoccupied, you should look to stage it, at least for advertising in photos. I'm talking about a long-term rental, not just a short-term rental. An empty room in a photo does not allow a viewer to understand the room size or shape. Having furniture shows scale and helps determine a general size of a room. Remember, the people you are trying to attract will stay for longer leases so you really want them to fall in love with the house, especially if there is a lot of competition. An unrented home is costly for the home owner, so getting a renter to move in fast is the ultimate goal.
